i downloaded and installed netbeans 4.1. yet, everytime i start the 
application, i get this error massage:
A java.io.IOException occured...

i don't know how to attach the message log that is created as a result and why 
this error occurs!!

I can't reproduce it. 

The log shows, the file 
M:\Config\profiles\.netbeans\4.1\var\cache\all-layers.dat
could not be deleted. 

Does it exist? Is this file accessible (or read-only)?
