The message in the Unexpected Exception dialog could be improved to stress that
we also need some steps to reproduce the issue, not only the message log.
Instead of "... including a copy of your messages.log file as an attachment" the
message could be one of:

- "... including a description of what you were doing when the exception occured
and a copy of your messages.log file as an attachment"

- "... including steps to reproduce the exception and a copy of your
messages.log file as an attachment"

During the last two weeks I got two issues (issue #63545 and issue #62881) which
contained only the messages.log file and no description at all.

Sounds reasonable, try to open this issue on ui or usability mailing list to get
through UI freeze.

I think 'Report Exception' feature takes care of it already.
