1) Invoke suite's properties
2) Press OK without doing anything

disabled.clusters property is generated, because
SuiteCustomizerModuleList.store() always touch "the model" (SuiteProperties).
The same for app.icon, app.name, app.title. May be also yours Radku.

I created a suite, set app name, etc. closed the ide. I removed disabled.* 
props from project.properties and stated ide once again, I invoked properties 
and pressed ok. project.properties has not been changed.

So you or whoever fixed it somewhere else, Radek also fixed his part -> should
be FIXED.
