See attached screenshots. Dialog from 4.1 looks better IMO.

NodeOperation.select() is used. Do not know much about this class but we are out
of control regarding the dialog I think. 
Final culprit seems to be o.n.c.windows.services.FileSelector called from
NodeOperationImpl. But maybe also Dialogs API itself. Reassigning to
core/windows for evaluation.

jungi, could you check that this issue is still valid in 6.5?
Anyway, it's probably nodes not WS who should be blamed

reporter didn't provided required information for more than 14 days. I'm closing this issue as worksforme as we are not
able to reproduce it with the available information. 
Please, feel free to reopen when you face the problem again but attach the additional info.
