Pprogressbars of Update Center wizard are not correctly repained when modules
have been downloaded and the wizard is enlarged. Then tprogressbars look like on
attached screenshot.

It is after adapting of progressbar to Progress API => adding REGRESSION keyword.

Must be fixed in NB4.2

IMHO have been fixed in recent fixes of core/progress and autoupdate. At least
not reproducible in custom build 050907, linux. I close as FIXED If I'm wrong
please reopen and indicate OS what fails. Thanks
