dev build from Aug 11

I create a new suite for NB modules and next step is to add a NB module/project
to it using 'new ...' on suite node in project explorer but it does not work.

UI spec for suite node not yet implemented.

Fixed yesterday within the issue 63009. You can use the "Modules" node for
adding new submodules (as in UI spec).

yes, modules can be added now via popup..verified 20050918
