The GUI form templates have been eliminated from the choices of templates 
available because of being in a Web Application/Project.  I think this needs 
to be allowed even though it may present some deployment issues later.  I also 
share .java files between applets and the Web Application and can't figure out 
how the Project system allows for that.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
