1) open the New File wizard
ERROR: SQL File template is missing in the Databases category.

Yes, you've got syntax hilighting and an own icon for SQL files, but one can not
create them inside the IDE. :-) Workaround is to use Create Empty File and
specify .sql as extension.

SQL File template is now in Other category in New File wizard.
