- create websvc-client in j2se project

=> Web Service Refernces node does not show any clients

   Side effect of this issue is that one can't call websvc operation from java
class - he can invoke that action but there is nothing to select in displayed dialog

Note: This issue *is* platform specific (I can't reproduce this on JDS3)
