The library category in project properies contains the platfrom combobox and
Manage platforms button. When the module is in suite the platfrom combobox is
disabled. So the Browse platforms should be also disabled.

Ditto for netbeans.org modules. "Manage Platforms..." must only be enabled for
standalone modules (and suite projects of course).

Fixed.
