phase-II-ui.html: 
In "New Module Project Wizarad - Name and Location" is missing [Browse button]
for Module suite. The implementation is correct.

In fact the UI spec says that "Browse" should be a combo box item, not a button.
But I like the actual impl better so I will change the spec.
