[dev-200508011800, JDK 1.5.0_04, JDK 6.0]

Usually the first attempt to change size of IDE main components (Explorer,
Navigator) right after IDE is opened is not successful. I drag the spacer,
release it and nothing happens, doing it again works OK. Before dragging I
closed Welcome screen.
