get the open-source version of the Sun Java System Application Server
integration plugin integrated into the build and commit validation infrastructure.

tasks:

1. add serverplugins/sun and serverplugin/external to the set of checked out files
   a. standard alias (for commit rules document compliance)
   b. nightly build (check-out/update list)
   c. continuous build (check-out/update list)
   d. inform community members about new checkout requirements

2. Make sure commit validation passes (update the golden files).
3. switch the nbbuild files to build the plugin from serverplugins/sun
