When user of NetBeans on Windows uses Alt+Tab to switch between applications she
can see that the most ugly icon is NetBeans one. We should provide better icon
with higher resolution for Windows application switcher.

Changing to DEFECT, nobody would ever notice a TASK.

Icon now looks reasonably well IMHO. Main problem is that JDK still doesn't
allow you to specify big icon to be used in the switcher and just scales small
icon, which gives poor results. Nothing I can do with it, though.
