Description Milan Kubec 2005-07-01 15:03:28 UTC
[dev-200506291800, JDK 1.5.0_04, Win XP]

Progress bar height is one pixel more than status bar without progress bar it
means that when progress bar appears all above it jumps one pixel higher.

duplicate of #58993. the problem is that the progressbar ooks bad when smaller
than preferred size and that is different for each platform. HIE currently has
"one size fits all" approach (20 pixels I think), working on an optimal solution
now.
