Property "ignored files" does not take effect in favorites window. but IDE help
says:
Ignored Files. Specifies which files the IDE ignores. Enter a regular expression
for the files you want to ignore. These files are not displayed in any of the
IDE windows and are not processed by IDE commands.

so consistency would be nice:-)

I'd mark it as duplicate of issue 46289, but still UI spec sounds to me
confusing. When issue 46289 is WONTFIX, it would be nice to change the UI
spec.(..any of IDE windows EXCEPT favories..)
