I created a new web project, then web service in it.
After few mouse clicks in Project view I got the exception.
After that I am not able to work with project (run, deploy) any more.
The same exception is being throwed repeatedly.

I have to restart the IDE.
Very annoying, especially when I need to restart the S1AS again and again.

It seems this issue can be somehow caused by or related to the issue #60581.
Wait till #60581 is fixed and then we will see.
