When having a JavaDoc window opened and hovering with mouse cursor over a
hyperlink, the cursor won't get changed as appropriate (a small hand has been
used in previous builds).

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1)Open a project
2)Type "JFrame" inside the editor
3)Using Ctrl+Space, invoke CC+JavaDoc
4)Try to hover over "How to use File Choosers"

Solaris 10, JDK 1.5.0_01, 200506201508 4.2dev_cont

It is changed in latest builds.

This issue is still valid in 200510061800, on all platforms. It is specific to
JDK 1.5 & 1.6.
