It would be very helpfull if "Find Usages" also includes JSP-Files.

I don't think this is an enhancement issue.  If "Find Usages" only finds some
usages and not others, it's pretty useless.  E.g.  If one uses "Find Usages" to
determine whether some code can be removed, one may be surprised (as I have
been) to find that quite a few JSPs were using said code!
