In CVS we need to track what files are actualy used by user and cleanup cache
structures accordingly.

Until now CVS supported project integration only. Now we plan to extend CVS
support and include Favourites versioning too. Unfortunatelly there is no API
that allows to query roots (and possibly listen on add/remove).
