Steps to reproduce:
- Add WebSphere server
- Right-click it and select Start/Stop Server.
- Server Status dialog is shown. Click Start (Debug).
- RESULT: WebSphere is not started in debug mode.

Fixed. The original way to start the server in debug mode was incorrect, now we
start in debug by altering the server's config file.
