I am experiencing the same behavior. I'm using multiuser on RedHat Linux 7.0.
I run autoupdate, but when I click finish the IDE does not automatically restart
and install the updates. It just terminates, and when I restart the ide
manually the updates do not install. This is with autoupdate 1.2, build 1099j
(IE beta 2). It happens whether I install from the web, or manually from
downloaded modules. I'm using Sun's JDK1.3 for linux FCS.

I cannot reproduce this bug. I tried multiuser installation (IE 2, build 1145)
on Win2000, Solaris and Linux and everything was OK.
Comment 4 L Martinek 2001-01-04 15:41:59 UTC
I can't reproduce it now too.
