with: -J-Dnetbeans.javacore.background_scanning=true

Unfolding the java file node while background scan is running is performed after
the the scan's end. While waiting for it, the IDE doesn't respod to other
actions   from mouse (the clock cursor is displayed), but they are buffered and
performed after the scan's end.

Fixed according to UI spec.
