NB 050505, jdk1.5.03

In previous versions of NB user is able to invoke View Branches dialog. It is
very useful for displaying differences between e.g. trunk and branches.

This command can be placed to section next "Tag" and "Branches" in context popup
menu actions and to "CVS" item in main menu.
