Hard to figure out how to be able to perform a check out when working in the
Versioning Tab once the user adds a versioned directory. The only way to get to
this functionality is via Versioning | CVS | Check Out. Even in that case, it
doesn't have the context of the CVS repository, forcing the user to type it all
in again.

So, the recommendation is to add this to the contextual menu of the versioned
directory listed in the Versioning tab.
