Zipped sample project (anagram game) does not need to be on classpath. It can be
isolated and located with InstalledFileLocator. This can reduce the size of
module JAR and thus virtual size of process. It is only 16kB but it serves as an
example of this pattern this is now used on other places too.

This bug was reported against NetBeans IDE 6.0 or an older release, or against a non-maintained module. NetBeans team does not have enough resources to get to this issue, therefore we are closing the issue as a WONTFIX.
