Build NB4.1RC1+AS8.1_01 #200504201930

If you install the nb+as bundle and you don't have libstd and libc shared
libraries the AS will not be installed. The problem is the as-install log
contains only the message that the installation has failed with the exitcode 127
and user doesn't know what it is. 

Error message (standalone installation of AS), this is the problem of exitcode
127, it would be good if the user is able to see something like this:

"error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory"

It is already fixed in main trunk. Error output from AS installer is redirected
to log file as-install.log.

Issue has been verified in main trunk under JDS Release 3 and JDK1.5.0_03
