We are experiencing this time to time problem when testing JMX Module.
We also saw it when using Java Class wizard.
Files view shows the generated file. The file is opened in the editor.
We have to close and reopen the project to see the file.

1) Do you use any version control system?
2) May it be, that it only happens on multiprocessor machines?

yes multiprocessor, sparc Solaris 9. We are using CVS.
