This seems completely repeatable with this project. Shutting down the IDE and restarting makes no difference. I'll therefore attached the project source code.

Is this repeatable also when you delete var/cache/mdrstorage directory in your NetBeans user directory before starting NetBeans?
I cannot reproduce this. Do you remember what you did before the IOEs started to appear? (I can see more InvalidObjectExceptions in your log file - seems that something got seriously broken in the metadata storage)
