Build 200504031800 (pseudo localized), jdk 1.5.0_02
I run IDE with option -fontsize 18 and I noticed that some label don't follow
default font size. Attachments are more explaining.
Steps:
- create a New Web Application
- open New Web Application| Configuration Files| sun-web or web file
* sun-web - "Sun Web Application" label above 
* web     - "General", "Context Parameters", "Web Application Listener", please
  look at all tabs

Yes, section header titles have fixed fontsize in web.xml editor.
This is likely the same in sun-web.xml editor.

Fixed as a part of issue 79922.

checked with trunk build 0608 with font size 16 option in Ja locale.
font size looks ok.
