When I right-click on a Task in the editor, 
there is a menu Tasks but no submenu.

The screenshot does not proof a lot :-).

Popup menu must have gone just te moment I made the screenshot. 
The latest release does not have a context menu at all for User Tasks. 
And the icon in the sidebar does not show up anymore after you open and close 
the task menu several times.
