Build 200503221900

1) Have WebApp
2) Open web.xml
3) Create web element (e.g. Servlet or Filter) with "Add info to web.xml" checked
4) Go to web.xml
5) ERROR:
Created element not part of web.xml

Note: it is a big problem when you do some web.xml modifications as step 2.5
without saving. There is small data loss then.

Fixed by fixing 57104.
