Create EJB freeform project and a Session Bean. Right-click in bean class.
Enterprise Resources submenu is missing. The Server Resources node is also
missing, even though the Resources folder is specified.

There Enterprise Resources submenu is there now. Note that it doesn't work,
however, probably because of the fix of issue 63687. I'll file a new issue for this.

Re. the missing Server Resources node, it is described in issue 55118, let's not
deal with it here.
