  All wizards for Sun Resources (JDBC, JMS, ...) have title "New File", but the
title should be "New <fileType>" (ie "New JDBC Resource...", "New JMS
Resource...", ...) as it is for other files.

The Sun Resources wizards now indicate the resource being created instead of the
generic New File
