When using this launcher (with no IDE console window), each executed subprocess (external execution, external compilation, etc.) pops up its own console window.

Cannot be trivially fixed because of lack of Java platform support for Windows console/visual executable distinction; under investigation.

[jglick] Marking fixed for Tran; seems to be OK now.
