Create a web project. 
Add a jar file to the libraries. 
Build the project.

The jar file is not added into neither build
directory nor war file neither

Ok, it works for libraries but not for files and projects, will fix
ASAP. Thanks for catching this.

Discovered by Glenn Holmer from NetCAT 4.1 program.

Pavle could you please fix it ASAP? It blocks WebApps development in 
daily builds.
