[ JDK VERSION : J2SE 1.5.0_02 ]

Deleting an EJB from the list of enterprise breans
leaves all the source files around.  I found this
unexpected.  If there are sometimes reasons for
this I suggest having a dialog asking the use if
the source and deployment descriptor should both
be removed.
