This is a usability problem. For the Update
Results Automatically option in Profiler Results
window to make more sense, a certain level of
heuristics should be used to determine if the
scrollers of results tables should be touched.

This issue is caused by the same problem as 48573, and has same 
dependency on 51542 for the fix
