When the user hits the finish button in the
"create web service client" wizaatd , he has no
ffedback.The IDE generates the config file but the
user has no response. It seems nothing happend.

Suggestion: provide a sample source which calls
the web  service methods, highlight this class in
the Projects/Files tab and open it in the editor.

We will provide some sort of feedback that the wizard has completed.  It not be
the sample source, as suggested above, as there is no time for that.  But there
will be something.

There is now a progress dialog and we run the client build once the wizard is
complete.
