There are some A11Y issues in dialogs which are
opened from editor settings. See attached report
for details.

It is global problem of NB options support.
As for attached A11Y results, I didn't find nothing relevant to editor
module. All property items have tooltips, that supply A11Y description. 
I am closing this as wontfix, as the options dialog should have be
redesigned.

This issue should be adressed after Options redesign. Verified.
