The problem happened in ML-RC2. Select
[Tools]>[Options]; expand [Editing]>[To DO
Settings]; see [Properties] and press the button
beside "Task Tags",then the [To Do Settings-Task
Tags] window comes up; press [Add] button and [New
Task Pattern] window comes up. Here only the
Chinese characters(zh_CN) can be typed into the
blank box, nor the English characters or
numbers,etc. But it happened on Solaris system. On
windows it works well.
