Could we have a display icon for the libraries and
test libraries like the ones for a standard
project in the projects view? It's really nice to
be able to see all the mounter
jar/libraries/projects for a standard project and
would make life easier for web projects if I need
to quickly look as the mounted jars or browse one
of the jars.

This feature is implemented already in trunk (see latest Q-build or
latest dev builds).
It only isn't in 4.1 EA2 which is the build you are probably using
just now, right?

yes, I am using EA2 and not the latest q build, I will go look for the
latest q-build and use that. Thanks.
