Description:
============
"Browse Files" dialog doesn't filter irrelevant
files allowing user to select any file located in
particular structure (A). "URL Mapping"
radiobutton is not checked by default in "Filter
Mapping" dialog and "OK" button is always enabled (B).

Steps to reproduce:
===================
1. Create new sample web project.
2. Create new properties file in default package.
3. Double click "WEB-INF|web.xml" node.
4. Switch to "Filter" view.
5. Click "Add Filter Element", then "Browse...".
6. It is possible to select the properties file(A)
7. Click "Add..." to create new filter mapping.
8. Note that "URL Mapping" radio button is not
checked but "OK" is enabled.

The second issue has been fixed.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
