The same as issue 52003 but for web application.
To reproduce:

- create a web application
- run project and you get the following error:

Deployment error: No archive for deployment.

Build 200501041900, JDK1.5.0_01, WindowsXP.

This is connected also to 52455, which mentions single file execution.
