For example the following tag:

nbfs:/EQCQBJavaQBDocQBjdk12/api/java/lang/Integer.html#Integer(int)

doesn`t go to the correct constructor but instead it only opens the page and jumps to its begining.


Another problem is that if you click inside the page and press PageUp the page dissapears.

Problem with PgUp is filled as bug #5602.

Internal problem of ICEBrowser. It will be fixed in pilsen release (by using
icebrowser 5.x).
