When try some of New actions empty Error dialog appears.
Changing properties (extends, implements, modifiers) throws excpetion.

[phamernik] Hanzi, the problem is only in the browser - not in explorer.

[pslegr] Problem does not occurr when bean module is disabled.

Priority is changed to P4 (normal).

Verified in build 1099 and 31.
