In Mac OS there is one global menubar on topof the screen that 
is used by the application that is in focus at the moment, this 
saves space on the screen and gives the user a more consistent 
interface.

In Netebans however, this is not the case, it just places the 
menubar within the window, wasting screen space and making 
the alienating the application from the rest of the system.

The provided URL provides an easy fix for this problem.

duplicate of #52696,
currently not implementable because the netbeans main menu changes
dynamically, which is not possible in mac's main menu AFAIK. We need
to get rid of the dynamic changes first.
