Add check for existing sun-ejb-jar.xml in sources.
In case the specific DD doesn't present in sources
warn user about issue with migration specific DD
and suggest him to use migration tool.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
