[Netbeans 4.0 rc2]

The license agreement contains the following text:

(COLLECTIVELY &ldquoNETBEANS AGREEMENT&rdquo)

Perhaps quotation marks should be used instead.

P2 because this can be observed by any user who
will use the installer and it is one of the first
screens users will see. Thus it can make a bad
impression during first contact with Netbeans 4.0.
