When using netbeans ide 4.0 rc1. after performing 
and internet update and installing the new module 
tools....the new module wizard is not available. 
However jellytools installs successfully.

The NMW hasn't really been updated for 4.0 anyway, I don't think it
will work. Currently no one is working seriously on the apisupport
module suite, though that may change if time permits.
